Nico is a highly skilled trainer who's core focus is muscle building, weight loss, and athletic training. He studied Nutrition and Kinesiology at West Chester University. He has a background in competitive bodybuilding as well as track & field. AHA CPR/AED certified.
Erica is a skillful trainer, specializing in weight loss, sports performance, and functionality. She is a NASM accredited coach, with a specialty in weight loss nutrition and group training. She attended Temple University to pursue a degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Nutrition. AHA CPR/AED certified.
